11th Annual Blackwood Valley and WA Boutique Wine Awards

The Blackwood Valley Wine Industry Association invites all lovers of fine wine to help them celebrate the 11th Annual Blackwood Valley and WA Boutique Wine Show Awards Presentation, taking place at the Bridgetown Gardens Private Estate in Bridgetown on 19 October, 2013. The Awards Presentation is open to both the wine industry and members of the general public, and provides an exclusive opportunity to taste not just the award winning wines, but the extensive range of entries submitted from over 40 premium boutique Western Australian wine producers.

Starting at 5:00pm, guests can wander the event and mingle with the industry, taste wines and meet the winemakers behind the winning labels, and indulge in the gourmet canapés provided by the exclusive event caterer and local premium business, Tasty Edibles.

Menu includes: Cold Salmon Rillettes on sourdough Vietnamese prawn rolls with dipping sauces Cherry tomato, caramelised onion & bocconcini tart Rare roast beef topped with horseradish cream Hot Butter chicken pie Corn cakes with guacamole Lamb koftas with minted yoghurt Potato and chorizo frittata Dessert Mini Mango cheese cakes Profiteroles Chocolate toffee brownie
