The next instalment of the monthly 140 THURSDAY series is just around the corner and things are heating up! Owned and developed by Cbus Property, the laneways of Perth’s 140 precinct, will once again throw back to retro ‘80s inspired fun with power ballads from well known Perth DJ FADJ, coloured party lights and more to keep the cold at bay!

Themed ‘Winter Warmers’, shoppers and city workers alike can get cosy at August’s 140 THURSDAY event and lounge on bean bags under outdoor heating as they sample warming $5 food offerings from some of 140’s food retailers. Offerings will include pho from Roll’d, beef slider burgers from Ribs & Burgers and ribollita soup from Jamie’s Italian. Keep the fun going and stay for lunch at one of 140’s many eateries including The Globe, American-style East Village, German inspired Brotzeit, modern Chinese Bam Bam Boo, drinks at The Aviary or sweet treat havens Max & Sons and Koko Black. City goers can also be on the look out for the 140 crew who will be patrolling the Hay and Murray Street Malls dressed in bright orange with free jellybeans! Conclude the afternoon with a visit to retail stores Forever New, Cotton On and Swarovski for the latest winter styles in clothing and accessories.
